My spiritual and wellness journey started more than 20 years ago after losing two really important people - my sister and my husband. My journey includes being a Reiki Practitioner trained at The Omega Institute and studying the works of Carolyn Myss, Wayne Dyer, and Abraham-Hicks. I've always been highly intuitive and receive messages from the universe, a voice now named Grace, as well as my client's loved ones on the other side. I now use these intuitive messages to coach people in connecting with their soul and personal energy to empower them to create the life of their hearts desire.
